Health Care Assistant | Abergele Clinic | 22.5 hours per week | Permanent | Free Parking & Excellent Benefits

Spire Abergele are looking for a Healthcare assistant to join the team on a part time basis. We are looking for someone with experience in an outpatient/clinic/GP Practice . Spire Abergele Clinic provides outpatient and day case treatments by a team of dedicated consultants and healthcare professionals.

Clinic Opening hours - shifts will range between these times.

Monday
- Friday 0800-20:00
Saturday 0800-16:00
Sunday
- Closed

The responsibilities of this role will include:

Assisting the team across outpatients and theatres in the provision of exemplary patient care
Contributing to the support and monitoring of patients
Identifying and reporting any significant changes that might affect the patient’s health and well-being to the appropriate person
Assisting with the movement of patients in line with clinic policies

The Ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinic or hospital environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in : ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures and patient observations
Good team work ethic
Enthusiastic and energetic professional
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care /Care Certificate / NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential
