Cartrefi Conwy is seeking a Money Support Advisor to help tenants maximise their income, access benefits and navigate financial challenges. This fixed-term contract offers a rewarding role within the Income Management Team.
You will provide specialist welfare benefits advice, complete financial assessments and work with partners to secure the best outcomes for tenants. A caring approach and strong communication are essential. The role is full-time (37 hours) with salary £32,639 to £34,677.
