Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary School, North Blaenau Gwent. Aspire People are currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school located in the heart of the North Blaenau Gwent community. • Support pupils’ learning and progress by providing targeted help in small groups and on a 1:1 basis where appropriate.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement learning activities and adapt resources to meet pupil needs.
• Promote an inclusive, safe, and positive learning environment that supports social, emotional, and academic development.

• To be considered for this role, you must have either a recognised Childcare qualification, or a minimum of 6 months’ experience working within a childcare or educational setting.
• Ideal attributes: supportive, patient, adaptable; confident working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis; committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential; a strong team player with good communication skills.
