Aspire People is seeking Behaviour Specialist ALN Teaching Assistants to start in September in Torfaen. You will support pupils with ALN and challenging behaviours across welcoming schools. The role offers £16.11+ per hour and ongoing consultant support.
You will deliver tailored interventions to support learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing, and collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams to foster a safe, nurturing environment for pupils with diverse needs.
