Blaenavon Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering company for an experienced Estimator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual with an engineering background who can confidently prepare quotations, manage customer enquiries, and support business growth. The successful candidate will also take a leading role in developing the company's spare parts sales division, building relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.

Working within a specialist engineering environment, you'll support projects supplied to clients across the Middle East and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for engineering projects Review customer specifications and technical requirements Liaise with customers, suppliers, engineering and production teams to develop competitive proposals Follow up quotations and build strong customer relationships Lead and grow the spare parts sales side of the business Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling spare parts and services Maintain quotation records and sales activity using internal systems Support the wider commercial team in achieving sales targets Requirements Previous experience in an Estimator, Quotations, Internal Sales, Sales Engineer, or Commercial Engineering role Experience preparing quotations within an engineering or manufacturing environment Strong commercial awareness and customer service skills Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously What's on Offer?
