Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home – South East England
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a reputable children’s residential home in South East England. The Support Worker role in South East England involves providing day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people, fostering positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. You will support individual care plans and daily routines, ensuring the safety and development of each young person. The role requires maintaining accurate records and working effectively with colleagues and external professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in residential childcare or a similar setting. A caring, patient, and resilient attitude is essential, along with the ability to work various shifts, including sleep-ins in South East England. Candidates with NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or those willing to work towards this qualification are preferred.
