All screens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting five Care Workers for Cwrt Mytton Residential Care Home in Wales. You will support residents living with dementia and other complex health needs, delivering compassionate, person-centered care every day.
In this role you will help residents maintain independence, dignity, and choice, following CIW standards and regulations and working closely with the care team to provide high-quality support in a safe, homelike environment.
