Youth Engagement Officer
Location: Abergavenny, Abertillery & Blackwood
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm
Our client
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Youth Engagement Officer to support the recruitment of young people onto the Jobs Growth Wales+ (JGW+) Programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by engaging with young people, schools, community groups, and local organisations to create pathways into education, training, and employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and recruit learners onto the JGW+ programme.
- Build relationships with schools, community organisations, and local networks.
- Promote training and employment opportunities through outreach and engagement activities.
- Generate learner referrals through networking, marketing, and community engagement.
- Develop and maintain partnerships to create opportunities for learners....
