You will also carry out general office tasks such as typing, scanning, photocopying, and ordering supplies, while ensuring effective use of IT systems and maintaining data confidentiality. In addition, you will provide a high standard of customer service by welcoming visitors, handling enquiries, and communicating effectively with patients, staff, and partner organisations, including managing sensitive or emotional situations with empathy and professionalism.
