Recruit4staff Ltd is representing a well-established waste management business in Wrexham, recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound calls and emails and deliver high-quality responses to customers and the public.
You will manage enquiries across two UK services, handle complaints professionally, maintain accurate records, and support a positive customer experience within a permanent, full-time role; occasional Saturdays may be required, paid at time-and-a-half.
