Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 3 on a temporary, part-time (term-time only) basis to support access to learning for pupils with SEN/behavioural needs in the ALN Sensory Service Team.
The role involves supporting learning in and out of the classroom, assisting with personal and physical care, and working with schools to aid pupil transitions between primary and secondary settings, while adhering to safeguarding guidelines.
