DNA Recruitment is proud to be representing a well-established and expanding family-owned community pharmacy group that has recently acquired several pharmacies across the UK, including locations in Aberystwyth, Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the reopening and growth of a community pharmacy, helping to restore trust and deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to local patients. You'll be supported by an approachable and experienced ownership team who value professional autonomy, community care, and long-term development. This role offers the chance to shape services, build meaningful patient relationships, and grow a pharmacy you can truly be proud of.
Responsibilities- Be part of reopening a community pharmacy and contributing to its growth and service development.
- Shape services, build meaningful patient relationships, and deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care.
- Work with a supportive ownership team that values professional autonomy and long-term development.
- Play a key role in rebuilding and developing local pharmacy services and restoring trust in local pharmacy.
- Deliver a values-led, community-focused contribution and collaborate with the team to create a positive impact in the local community.
- 4 or 5 days per week (flexible working options)
- Competitive and negotiable salary, dependent on experience and qualifications + net profit related bonus
- PAYE or self-employed options available
- Profit share / performance-related bonuses

- Confident newly qualified pharmacists considered
