Hybrid Employability Mentor – Person-Centred

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is looking for a motivated individual to provide essential mentoring support to residents facing complex barriers to employment. This role involves enabling individuals to access opportunities and develop skills through effective partnership working.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for potential travel across the county.
