Relief Support Worker

We are looking for Relief Support Workers to join our services based in Aberystwyth.

As a Support Worker, you will be making a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

• Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Facilitate participation in activities such as music, craft, cooking, gardening, allotment work, local walks, board games, pool, and darts.
• Maintain a positive and caring presence for those you support.

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

All our services are 24‑hour care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can plan your personal and social life.

There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat‑rate payment of £64.20.

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
