Hywel Dda University Health Board is recruiting a Band 3 Frailty Support Worker for Ward 3 at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli. You will assist frail patients, supporting mobility, nutrition and hydration to maintain independence.
The role requires an NVQ level 3 in Health or equivalent, strong communication, and teamwork, with the ability to work alongside nursing and therapies teams. The post involves seven days a week work but no night shifts;
Welsh language ability is desirable.
