Team Leader Services

Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is recruiting a Team Leader to work across its Hafan-y-Coed and Brodawel residential services. The post runs the day-to-day operation of the service and supports both the staff team and the people in their care. It includes sleep-in sessions and an On Call rota, with sleep-ins paid per session. Candidates need an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or a commitment to work towards it.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
• Support the staff team
• Support the people supported
• Work across the Hafan-y-Coed and Brodawel services
• Cover sleep-in sessions, paid £60 per sleep-in
• Be part of the service's On Call rota, paid £10 per session

• NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, or willingness to work towards it

• Enhanced DBS or Access NI check

• Willingness to cover sleep-in sessions and the On Call rota
