Shift:5:00am – 11:00am

We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Cleaning

Managerto oversee the cleaning operation at a busy Tesco site in Aberystwyth.

This is a hands‑on management position, and we are looking for someone with previous managerial or supervisory experience within facilities management, cleaning or a similar environment.

You will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day cleaning operation, ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard at all times.

• Managing and supervising the on‑site cleaning team
• Allocating daily duties and ensuring all areas are covered
• Monitoring cleaning standards and completing site checks
• Supporting with cleaning duties when required
• Managing staff attendance, performance and productivity
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are available and used correctly
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Reporting any issues or maintenance concerns
• Liaising with the client and dealing with any site requirements
• Ensuring the cleaning operation runs efficiently throughout each shift

• Previous managerial or supervisory experience within facilities management is essential
• Previous experience managing a cleaning team is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing staff and dealing with day‑to‑day issues
• Reliable,punctual and able to lead by example
• Ableto work5:00am – 11:00am, Monday to Saturday
• Available for an
  immediate start
