We are currently seeking experienced technicians to join our team on a temporary basis for a period of 9 months. The successful candidates will be based in Barry, South Wales and will be responsible for providing maintenance and FPX's on flirt trains. Candidates must be available to start immediately following a successful medical & drug or alcohol test.

• Conduct light maintenance on rolling stock and complete FPX's on flirt trains during permanent night shifts
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within given time frames
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Keep accurate records of work completed

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering discipline
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the rail industry
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of rolling stock maintenance
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and team working skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts and potentially weekends if required
