Pay: £27.00-£32.00 per hour
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee construction or infrastructure projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety standards.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a management professional with strong organisational skills to lead teams effectively and deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will possess supervisory experience and familiarity with Primavera P6 project management software.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
* Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
* Manage and oversee site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules.
* Utilise Primavera P6 to develop, update, and monitor project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety standards and quality control.
* Organise resources, materials, and equipment required for ongoing projects.
* Identify potential issues or delays early and implement corrective actions promptly.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience
* Proven management experience within the construction or infrastructure sector.
* Supervising experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively.
* Familiarity with Primavera P6 project management software is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to site operations. This position is ideal for a dedicated management professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment where leadership and organisational skills are highly valued.
