Salary: £35,000 + Bonus

Hours:

42.5 Hours Per Week - Monday to Saturday

Our client, a successful and busy fast-fit centre in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the business.

• Driving sales performance and maximising customer conversion opportunities
• Managing the daily operation of the centre across both customer-facing and workshop departments
• Allocating jobs efficiently and ensuring maximum workshop productivity
• Maintaining effective stock control processes and ensuring accurate stock management
• Ensuring workshop equipment is maintained and operated safely
• Upholding high standards of customer service, health & safety, and operational compliance
• Taking responsibility for the security of stock, equipment, and centre assets

• Previous experience as a Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar management role within the automotive industry
• A strong commercial mindset with experience working towards sales and performance targets
• Good technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repair
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workshop environment
• A good understanding of automotive health and safety requirements
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
