As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the production process, operating modern manufacturing equipment and helping to deliver high-quality products enjoyed by customers across the UK. As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery
• Carrying out machine changeovers and adjustments
• Achieving daily production targets whilst maintaining quality and safety standards
• Performing quality inspections and product checks
• Supporting preventative maintenance and equipment reliability
• Handling raw materials and packaging materials
• Completing cleaning and hygiene tasks to food manufacturing standards
• Identifying and resolving production issues quickly and effectively
• Maintaining accurate production records
  
  Working closely with colleagues to drive continuous improvement initiatives

We are keen to hear from candidates who have previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, FMCG, food production, packaging, or process environment.

• Previous machine operating or production experience
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

• The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
