Strategic Communications and Engagement Lead

This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice, visibility and public narrative of Mid Wales. Growing Mid Wales is looking for a confident, politically astute and bilingual Strategic Communications and Engagement Lead to provide senior communications, engagement and public affairs leadership across the Mid Wales Growth Deal and the wider regional programme. Working at the heart of a complex partnership involving local authorities, Welsh Government, UK Government, elected Members, businesses and communities, you will help translate ambitious regional priorities into clear, credible and engaging communications.

You will advise senior leaders, manage sensitive and high-profile issues, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and help demonstrate the impact of investment across Mid Wales. If you are a strategic communicator who can bring clarity to complex environments, build confidence across partners and tell the story of Mid Wales effectively to local, regional and national audiences, we would like to hear from you.
