Hywel Dda University Health Board provides NHS services across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and neighboring counties, operating four main hospitals, five community hospitals, two integrated care centres, and numerous primary care facilities.

We are looking for enthusiastic Registered Nurses to work on the Nurse Bank across our four hospitals and community settings in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion & Pembrokeshire. Opportunities exist in Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, SCBU, ENT, Critical Care, Emergency Nursing, Theatres, School Nursing, Health Visiting and Community Nursing. Recent acute experience and up‑to‑date skills are desirable.

There are also opportunities for Mental Health and Learning Disabilities nurses. Qualified 1st level Registered Mental Health & Learning Disabilities nurses are needed to work in inpatient wards of Acute / Older Adult / Learning Disabilities mental health care across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

Successful candidates will provide nursing care, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, and demonstrate flexibility, good communication, teamwork, and initiative.

• Registered Nurse with up‑to‑date acute nursing skills
• Experience in Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, SCBU, ENT, Critical Care, Emergency Nursing, Theatres, School Nursing, Health Visiting or Community Nursing
• Appropriate experience in Mental Health & Learning Disabilities nursing for the mental health wards (optional but desired)
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Motivated and flexible approach to work across various settings
• Desirable:
  Ability to speak Welsh

Four main hospitals:
Bronglais Hospital (Aberystwyth), Glangwili Hospital (Carmarthen), Prince Philip Hospital (Llanelli), Withybush Hospital (Haverfordwest). Five community hospitals:
Amman Valley & Llandovery (Carmarthenshire), Tregaron (Ceredigion), Tenby & South Pembrokeshire (Pembrokeshire). Integrated care centres:
Aberaeron & Cardigan (Ceredigion). Other community settings include general practices, dental practices, community pharmacies, ophthalmic practices and domiciliary providers.
