Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and as prescribed.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellbeing.
- Promote safety and best practices in infection control and healthcare provision.
- Work independently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.
- Valid NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in dynamic healthcare settings.
- Commitment to ethical patient-centered care and professional development.
- Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN :
Pay Rate up to £24.00 - £43.50 per hour - EARN £1,000 to £1,500 PER WEEK AS AN AGENCY NURSE (RGN / RMN)
