Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) – Abingdon

30 hours per week. Must live locally and commute easily. Store open 7 AM – 8 PM; early starts and late finishes required.

Act as the friendly face of Toolstation, delivering exceptional customer service while managing deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves. Provide frontline support and supervised keyholder duties.

• Assist customers in locating items and provide project advice.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, and replenish shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organise the stockroom.
• Prepare orders and support store operations during busy periods.
• Open and close the store securely, and assign daily tasks to the team.
• Provide short‑term supervisory cover when necessary.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, increasing membership sign‑ups.
