Trainee Salesperson

At Anthony Motors we believe in doing ordinary things extraordinarily well and delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking a motivated person to join our existing sales team at Anthony Motors Aberystwyth. We have Ford & Volkswagen franchises, for both cars and commercial vehicles.

You may already have experience or want a new career in the motor trade - what really matters is that you are enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused in everything you do

• To apply a consistent sales process in order to achieve total customer satisfaction
• To meet agreed sales volumes and profit targets
• Using various sources, prospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors
• Maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a controlled sales process.
• The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales in a highly focused customer facing role
• Full current driving licence

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated successful salesperson who is either living in the local area or who is looking at moving here. Full manufacturer training will be provided.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays 9.00am to 4.00pm.
