Project Description

These projects operate in Aberystwyth working with individuals with a range of complex support needs. The service provides residential support with the aim of meeting individuals’ needs, which promotes independence and leads to a sustainable move‑on.

Purpose of Role

You will coordinate and provide support that enables and empowers people to address housing and personal difficulties. Working with residents experiencing homelessness you will help them to build their confidence and improve their ability to maintain current or future accommodation.
