Performs all aspects of billing for professional services including reimbursement follow up analysis and data entry of provider charges. Familiar with accounts receivable and collection activities. Utilizes resources available to ensure full compliance with federal Medicare and Medicaid laws and regulation provisions, and in keeping with the health center mission. Is knowledgeable with CPT and ICE-10-CM coding.
Position QualificationsHigh school graduate or GED
Two years clerical/bookkeeping experience
Medical billing for physician services preferred
Required Registration/License/CertificationDepartment MH Heartland Health Care Clinic
Schedule-Shift-Hours Full Time - Day Shift - Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
