This role coordinates all phases of construction job costing, ensuring accuracy across project financials and supporting the Project Manager throughout the life cycle.
Responsibilities include compiling monthly billings, reconciling costs against budgets, processing payables, and managing vendor compliance such as insurance, lien waivers, and W-9s.
