CNP Aide

Position Summary

Assist Campus Director with duties related to the Child Nutrition Program, Truancy, and other daily operations.

• Education/Certification:
  
  One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience:
  
  School office experience helpful (preferred).
• Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs):
  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel;
  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff, students, and parents;
  Ability to organize and correctly calculate claims for any meal program that is offered.

• Communicate effectively with Parents, Students, and Campus Staff via email, telephone, and in person in a professional manner.
• Organize and manage the meal program to follow federal and state guidelines. Prepare the daily and monthly reports and email or fax reports to Central Administration.
• Answer telephone to provide information, take message, or transfer calls.
• Assist principal with truancy procedures.
• Maintain calendar of school events.
