Position: Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist - 159330

Position Overview

Part‑time Bilingual Receptionist – front desk operations 3 days per week, 22.5 hours per week for a 12‑week contract. Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and welcome them politely.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in both Spanish and English.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors about services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient office operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Experience working with refugee and/or immigrant populations (preferred).
  • High school diploma (preferred); bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
