The Bookkeeper is responsible for guest relations and satisfaction. They are also responsible for balancing tills, handling cash, deposits, and safe, as well as posting media to accounts and maintaining cash flow integrity.

• Greet and engage guests upon entry
• Print reports, file, transmit, and send documents to the support center
• Verify and count cash deposits, prepare deposits including Western Union, Money Orders, Checks, etc.
• Balance tills and track over/shorts
• Post tenders and media to accounts
• Balance the safe against the Store Reconciliation Report (SRR)
• Assist with front-end tasks such as checking, sacking, and guest service
• Perform office functions like invoice and return check processing
• Perform Service Counter duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with checking and service counter operations
• Proficiency in math, computer skills, and Microsoft Excel
• Efficient and controlled work style
• Ability to perform 10-key operations and computer keyboard tasks
• Team player attitude
