The Office Coordinator provides administrative support of branch office activities and makes an impact by directly working with the Branch Director to manage the office environment so that employees can deliver their best work.
AsThe Office Coordinator, You Will
- Manage office functions and processes including clerical, personnel, and office machines.
- Complete I‑9 forms for new hires, and collect required documents on day one of employment.
- Ensure new hires attend Virtual General Orientation, preparing and organizing any documents new hires will need in advance.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including documents to be mailed to patients and vendor invoices.
- Assist with communications such as answering incoming calls, including outbound calls on behalf of the branch.
- Order needed supplies from the appropriate vendor, serving as the main point‑of‑contact.
- Assist in updating electronic documents and data entry in applicable systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with common office equipment.
- Comfortable with technology and computers.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

- Two years of general office experience; in healthcare environment preferred.
