Administrative Assistant - Centralized Support at OES Equipment

Job DescriptionOES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast‑paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We seek an experienced Administrative Assistant, Centralized Support to assist with our Mega Projects across multiple regions.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Reconciling PO receivers via Coupa.
- Invoice processing via Coupa.
- Ensuring timely payments of invoices to maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Creating and maintaining vendor and employee master files.
- Reviewing and reconciling customer statements and accounts.
- Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders and purchase orders.
- Maintaining internal and external relationships with vendors and employees, including solving issues and discrepancies.
- Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks, including ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, etc.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- 1+ year of administrative experience is required.
- Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Coupa is preferred.
- Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds if needed.
