Behavioral Health Administrator

Behavioral Focus, LLC is a faith based agency that provides therapy based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to learners diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).

The Behavioral Health Administrator keeps our office running smoothly: greeting families and staff, managing calls and messages, maintaining client and staff schedules, tracking authorizations and documentation, and supporting client onboarding alongside our leadership team.

• Greet visitors, clients, and staff when they arrive in the office
• Answer office phone efficiently & with positive tone
• Return missed calls and messages
• Send needed emails and texts to families, the Behavioral Focus team, and other key stakeholders
• Check fax daily for authorization updates, and other information
• Check portals for needed documentation updates
• Update workflow daily
• Input client & staff schedules accurately
• Ensure families and staff have access to schedule and are familiar with system
• Revise and update schedule accordingly
• Communicate schedule changes to all key stakeholders in efficient and effective manner
• Work with Behavioral Focus leadership team to schedule clinical interviews, evals, and assessments
• Assist with client onboarding process
• Maintain ongoing documentation in collaboration with pediatricians and other organizations
• Communicate all new information or updates to CEO and key stakeholders

Employee shall perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in similar positions, including other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned in a collaborative fashion between employer and employee.
