Regional Dealer Sales Manager
- Building Materials

Based in Southwest US, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager for our Building Materials division in the Manufacturing industry. This is an outside sales role with 50% travel to meet with dealers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Manage, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to your sales team to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the building materials or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the building materials industry, including shutters and doors.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel as required, 50% of travel.

Salary $120,000 - $150,000 per year
