Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Highway Construction Workers
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of guardrails, cable barriers, concrete barrier walls, and road signs
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and TXDOT regulations
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Travel within Texas (Monday through Friday)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Class A CDL license is preferred but not required for initial hire
- Proven experience in highway construction or related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
