Superintendent - Per Diem

Trillium is now hiring a PEMB Superintendent in Abilene, TX!

We are seeking an experienced PEMB Superintendent to lead Pre-Engineered Metal Building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing field operations, crews, schedules, and safety while ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards. This role requires full-time travel and long hours.

Pay is up to $40/hour DOE and $130/day in per diem for days worked.

• Lead and manage PEMB projects from mobilization through completion
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite activities
• Read and interpret physical blueprints and construction documents
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules
• Maintain productivity, quality control, and jobsite organization
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel
• Complete daily reports and documentation as required

• Verifiable experience leading PEMB projects start to finish
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of PEMB construction
• Ability to read and interpret physical blueprints
• OSHA 30 certification (required)
• Proven leadership and jobsite management skills
• Willingness and ability to travel 100%
• Ability to work 60+ hours per week
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
• Must have experience with Pre Enginneered Metal Buildings
