Frontline Source Group is partnering with a fast-paced, patient-first dental practice in Abilene, Texas to find a General Dentist who wants full clinical autonomy, built-in mentorship from multiple doctors, and a defined path to practice ownership. This isn't an associate position with a dead end. The practice actively encourages and supports associates toward ownership — and they back it up with one of the most aggressive compensation and bonus packages in the region.

- Annual Earning Potential: $250,000–$300,000 (production-based)
- Sign-On Bonus:
