Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

Manage, design, develop, and ACAD draw architectural plans/projects in a professional, creative, efficient, accurate, and timely manner, meeting local, state, and national codes for hospital, business, and other building types. Work at the direction of the Director and collaborate with internal staff, Facility Management, architects, engineers, contractors, state reviewers, and vendors in development, construction, modification, and furnishings for construction projects. Manage space allocation and all facility-related issues as required.

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school.

  Work Experience:
  
  2 years of architectural work experience. Licensed Architect with hospital experience preferred.

  Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Ability to become a Licensed Architect in Texas; licensed architect preferred.
• Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Professional architectural skills; knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD; project management; ability to coordinate with engineering consultants; strategic planning; multitasking; strong interpersonal skills; confidentiality.
