The Mentoring Alliance in Abilene, TX seeks an After School Program Leader to guide elementary students in enrichment activities after school. This non-exempt, part-time role emphasizes developing kids, modeling faith-driven values, and safe, engaging supervision from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during the school year.
Ideal candidates are 17+, with a HS diploma or GED preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification. Spanish-speaking ability is valued; a background check is required.
