SCOPE/CONTACTS:

Responsible for setting up and overseeing loan and collateral documentation for the Bank's loan portfolio. The incumbent will interact regularly with department managers, back-office staff, lenders, and loan assistants. Good communication skills and diplomacy are required when discussing testing findings with management and staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Analyze and ensure accuracy of collateral-related loan documents for all loan and collateral types.
  • Evaluate, build, and maintain the Bank's loan monitoring system for all credit-related documents.
  • Support quality control processes to ensure ongoing accuracy of the document monitoring system.
  • Participate in the Customer Service First program, support organizational values, and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Key qualities include: ability to work independently, professionalism, accuracy, reliability, confidentiality, speed, a pleasant personality, and strong self-directed work habits. Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 18 months of administrative experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; may substitute for experience.
  • Knowledge of consumer and commercial loan regulations and familiarity with bank policies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Effective communication with bank personnel, officers, senior managers, and examiners.
  • Ability to perform responsibilities effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to protect confidential information.
