The position requires a clinically experienced professional proficient in classroom settings, responsible for delivering training and education to all existing and new end users to efficiently utilize the electronic medical record software, support business, regulatory, and quality objectives, and design and improve training programs and related courseware.

• Deliver training and education to all existing and new end users at Hendrick Health so they can efficiently use the electronic medical record software.
• Design and seek to improve Clinical Informatics software training programs and related courseware.

• High school or equivalent.
• Post‑high‑school healthcare training or Associate’s Degree in a clinical healthcare‑related field preferred.
• 3 years of clinical experience related to a licensed or certified position in a healthcare field of practice.
• Ability to present educational information to large and small groups in a professional manner.
• Computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
