The LTIP is an incentive program that typically vests over a three-year period and is tied to both individual performance and operational success.

• Administers and records radiation therapy treatments under the direction of a radiation oncologist.
• Accurately enters and maintains treatment parameters in the electronic medical record.
• Participates in clinical instruction of newly hired therapists and students.
• Assists in maintaining patient appointment schedule and submitting correct billing information.
• Accurately cuts blocks, when applicable.
• Accurately makes custom molds and completes simple mu calculations.
• Accurately interprets a computerized treatment plan.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program.
• ARRT certification required.
• Must hold a valid state license for radiation therapy.

The employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move up to 30 pounds. Requires vision and hearing corrected to normal ranges.
