Speech-Language Pathologist ($3500 Incentive for CFY or CCC) – Wisteria Place

Salary: $41,000–$58,000 per year, plus a $3,500 sign‑on bonus for either Certified Family‑Home Visitation (CFY) or Certificate in Clinical Care (CCC) candidates.

Wisteria Place is a post‑acute care facility located in Abilene, Texas, offering long‑term, short‑term, and geriatric services. We are looking for a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP or CFY) to join our in‑house therapy team.

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans that follow regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluation and make referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

• Speech‑Language Pathology license required.
• Position open to SLPs at all experience levels.
