• Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily living activities

• Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other treatments as directed by licensed nurses

• Support patients with mobility and mobility-impairing conditions, such as transferring, ambulating, and positioning

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including vital signs and treatment plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
