Drive candidate identification and pipeline generation strategies for dedicated business groups and hiring initiatives. Works in partnership with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to ensure the success of hiring initiatives. Build strategies to identify and attract top talent, partner with internal clients to ensure a positive candidate experience and have a deep understanding of the talent market and candidate profiles.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates for Data Center roles through direct outreach, referrals, local partnerships, and talent events.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on priorities, candidate profiles, and market conditions.
- Represent the Data Center at local hiring events and community outreach activities.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate conversion to continuously improve results.
