Corrigo Program Administrator
Role Purpose
The Corrigo Program Administrator leads the strategic management of our Corrigo Computerized Maintenance Management System platform. This position is client-facing and drives operational excellence across facility management operations through strategic system oversight, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll serve as the primary subject matter expert and client liaison for all CMMS initiatives, ensuring optimal system performance that directly impacts service delivery and client satisfaction.
What this job involves
Develop and execute comprehensive CMMS strategy aligned with organizational objectives and client requirements
Lead strategic planning initiatives to maximize system ROI and operational efficiency across all managed properties
Serve as primary client point of contact for CMMS-related strategic discussions and presentations
Maintain expert-level oversight of the Corrigo CMMS platform, ensuring optimal data integrity
Partner with the Corrigo Platform BOA (Business Operations Analyst) team to manage the pipeline of system enhancements, configurations, training program, and support escalations, ensuring account priorities are clearly communicated and executed.
Drive the culture of accountability throughout the account team
Conduct comprehensive analysis of system data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders and clients
Generate strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Create and implement standardized processes and best practices for account teams utilizing Corrigo
Lead cross-functional work streams for troubleshooting, process improvement, and change management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders as trusted CMMS advisor
Present system performance reports and strategic recommendations to client leadership teams
Collaborate with clients to understand evolving requirements.
To apply you need to be / have:
Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
5+ years' experience managing CMMS/ work order applications, Facilities Management, Performance Management, Data and Analytics preferred.
Expert-level proficiency in Corrigo CMMS platform (configuration, reporting, optimization)
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Demonstrated process orientation and data driven skill sets.
Expert technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, word and Power Point.
Possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
Proven leadership capabilities managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic mindset
Process-oriented approach with continuous improvement experience
Superior customer service skills and orientation.
Ability to plan and manage work priorities appropriately.
Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.

Estimated compensation for this position:
95,000. USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
