Overview

Remote opportunity requiring CA licensure. Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. Our client is a Workers' Comp Defense Firm handling matters in employment, workers’ compensation, and insurance subrogation.

• Billing Bonus Structure
• Resolution Bonus Structure
• Vacation Credit Policy (towards bonus structure)
• Annual Review and Raises
• 1 & Done Interviews
• Remote (anywhere in the US if licensed in CA)

Position:
Insurance/Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney (Remote, CA licensed). Reports highlight a remote role and note: no longer including non-applicable boilerplate.

• Represent clients in workers’ compensation defense matters
• Handle subrogation and related defense work
• Defense of wrongful termination and other employment-related matters
• Address serious and willful defense cases
• Defense of professional athlete injuries and related claims
• Manages workers’ compensation fraud claims and insurance coverage issues
• Involve Longshore and Harbor workers’ compensation matters where applicable

• Licensed attorney in California
• Experience in workers’ compensation defense, subrogation, and related areas is preferred
