Our client is a well-established, multi-service law firm in California with offices across the state, including Westlake Village, San Diego, Fresno, and Orange County. • Experience Level: 5+ years of experience defending General Liability and/or Personal Injury claims. Experience with public entity law is a plus.

• Independently manage a full caseload of civil defense matters from start to finish
• Handle all phases of litigation pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
• Draft client and carrier reports, analyze claims, and identify defense strategy
• Participate in settlement conferences, court appearances, and mediations
• Collaborate with firm leadership and mentor junior attorneys as needed

• California Bar license in good standing
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience in litigation strategy, client communication, and courtroom appearances
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously
• Bonus points for experience with public entities or municipalities
